     $75 for 45-minute reduced fee session (currently full)

Insurances accepted: Regence, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Anthem and Premera.

 

If you have a different insurance provider, your insurance company will most likely reimburse you for a portion of your sessions with me. You can check this with your insurance company's customer service.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage, a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges, both orally and in writing or upon request or at the time of scheduling health care services.
